Account required for all purchases. Double Box Games requires a customer account for any and all purchases, including preorders. Guest checkout is not available. When you create an account, you provide your name and email address, and we use your account to process and verify your orders, help prevent fraud, and give you access to your order history and tracking.

Double Box Games collects the personal information you give us when you shop with us, including your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order and payment details. We also collect device and usage information, such as your IP address and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. We use this information to process and ship your orders, manage your account, answer support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send you marketing unless you have opted out.

Our store runs on Shopify. We share your information with Shopify and with the service providers that help us operate the store (payments, shipping, analytics and customer support). We may also share it with advertising partners to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests. Shopify handles personal information under its own Consumer Privacy Policy.

Sharing personal information for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities, and to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. If you visit with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that device and browser.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
